How do you get through a gated community?
Send us the gate code or add our vehicle to the guest list for the day, and we will arrive within the window you set. We are happy to check in with security on arrival.
Can you handle a sweet sixteen with a hundred guests?
Yes. For that size we recommend the Beverly Booth for four hours, often with the Selfie Booth alongside so prints and instant sharing both keep up with the crowd.
How much space does the photo booth need?
The Beverly Booth needs at least 8 x 8 feet and the Selfie Booth about 6 x 6 feet, plus room for guests to line up and look at their photos.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least four to six weeks ahead, and earlier for weekends, holidays and wedding and quinceañera season.
Can I customize the photo strip?
Yes. Every booking includes a custom template with your names, date and colours, and we can add logos and themed designs.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit holds your date. Cancellations 30 or more days before the event receive a full refund; within 30 days the deposit can be applied to a future booking.
