For the school year, start to finish
Schools across Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley can book us for the big dances and the small gatherings in between. For a prom or winter formal the Beverly Booth gives students a studio-lit portrait in their formalwear and a strip in the school colours with the dance theme and the year. For a PTA carnival or fundraiser the Selfie Booth keeps a line of families moving and texts the photos straight to parents.
We know school events come with paperwork. We are insured and can provide a certificate for the district, we work with the activities director on load-in and the timeline, and our attendant manages the booth so staff and volunteers can focus on the students. For a fundraiser we can design the strip with a sponsor logo if the PTA has one.
Staff appreciation days and end-of-year parties work just as well. A two-hour Selfie Booth package in the staff lounge, with a template thanking the teachers and photos sent to their phones, is a small gesture that gets shared widely. Tell us the event, the date and the number of students or staff expected and we will send a personal quote within 24 hours.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance for the school district?
Yes. We are insured and can send a certificate naming the school or district once the booking is confirmed.
How many students can a prom booth handle?
The Beverly Booth runs continuously for the length of your package and fits large groups in one frame, so a few hundred students over a three- or four-hour dance is comfortable. Tell us the headcount and we will recommend the hours.
Can the strip include our mascot and school colours?
Yes. Send us the mascot artwork and the school colours and we will design the template around them, with the dance name and the year.
How much space does the photo booth need?
The Beverly Booth needs at least 8 x 8 feet and the Selfie Booth about 6 x 6 feet, plus room for guests to line up and look at their photos.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least four to six weeks ahead, and earlier for weekends, holidays and wedding and quinceañera season.
Can I customize the photo strip?
Yes. Every booking includes a custom template with your names, date and colours, and we can add logos and themed designs.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit holds your date. Cancellations 30 or more days before the event receive a full refund; within 30 days the deposit can be applied to a future booking.
