- A conference-style ballroom has plenty of outlets along the walls; choose a booth corner near one to avoid cords across walkways.
- For a quinceañera, open the booth after the vals so the court can take its first group print in full regalia.
- Holiday parties fill fast after dinner; three hours usually covers cocktails through the last dance.
- Ask whether the hotel lowers the ballroom lights for dancing; our strobes handle it, but it helps us pick the backdrop.

We recommend at least four to six weeks ahead, and earlier for weekends, holidays and wedding and quinceañera season.
Can I customize the photo strip?
Yes. Every booking includes a custom template with your names, date and colours, and we can add logos and themed designs.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit holds your date. Cancellations 30 or more days before the event receive a full refund; within 30 days the deposit can be applied to a future booking.
