The Beverly Booth prints instantly and without a cap, so grandparents, cousins and the kids' table all leave with their own strip. We design it in colours that suit the occasion, from soft tones for a christening to bold metallics for a fortieth, and our attendant guides groups in and out.
Travel to Glendale is free from our Burbank base. We confirm the hall's vendor arrival time, set up in the hour before guests are seated, and break down quietly once the party winds down.

How we set up at a banquet hall
- Banquet halls seat guests at long tables close to the walls; ask your coordinator to leave one corner clear of tables for the booth and its line.
- Late-night parties mean the booth is busiest after cake; book enough hours so the booth is still open when the dance floor is full.
- Point us to an outlet that is not shared with the kitchen's warming equipment.
- Bring the youngest guests to the booth before dinner while they are still dressed up and awake.

How many prints can guests take at Glenoaks Ballroom?
There is no limit with the Beverly Booth. Every group gets a print, and large groups can take one per person.
Can the strip be designed in Armenian or Spanish?
Yes. We design the template in the language and wording you want, and you approve it before the event.
Do you need the venue to provide a table?
No. We bring everything, including our prop table if you add it.
How much space does the photo booth need?
The Beverly Booth needs at least 8 x 8 feet and the Selfie Booth about 6 x 6 feet, plus room for guests to line up and look at their photos.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least four to six weeks ahead, and earlier for weekends, holidays and wedding and quinceañera season.
Can I customize the photo strip?
Yes. Every booking includes a custom template with your names, date and colours, and we can add logos and themed designs.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit holds your date. Cancellations 30 or more days before the event receive a full refund; within 30 days the deposit can be applied to a future booking.
