Brookside Golf Club is a public course and clubhouse beside the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, with event space overlooking the fairways. Weddings, company golf outings and awards banquets all gather here, often moving from a patio cocktail hour into the dining room.
For a wedding, the Beverly Booth prints studio-lit portraits on a strip with your names and date. For a tournament banquet or company outing, we brand the start screen and strip with your logo, and the Selfie Booth texts each photo so teams can share them before the trophies are handed out.
Pasadena is a short drive from our base in Burbank, so there is no travel charge. We follow the club's vendor timing, set up before the first guests come off the course, and stay with the booth until your booking ends.

- Clubhouse patios face the fairways and get afternoon sun; we position the booth so the backdrop is shaded and guests are not squinting.
- Golf outings end at unpredictable times; book the booth to open at the banquet start rather than the last tee time.
- Ask the club for an outlet inside the dining room or on the covered patio rather than running power across the lawn.

Yes. We put the tournament name, sponsor logos and date on the strip and start screen, and you approve the design ahead of time.
Can the booth be set up on the patio at Brookside?
Yes, with shade and an outlet within reach. Indoors in the dining room is also an easy option.
Do you charge for travel to the Rose Bowl area?
No. The Rose Bowl and Brookside are within our free 30-mile radius.
How much space does the photo booth need?
The Beverly Booth needs at least 8 x 8 feet and the Selfie Booth about 6 x 6 feet, plus room for guests to line up and look at their photos.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least four to six weeks ahead, and earlier for weekends, holidays and wedding and quinceañera season.
Can I customize the photo strip?
Yes. Every booking includes a custom template with your names, date and colours, and we can add logos and themed designs.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit holds your date. Cancellations 30 or more days before the event receive a full refund; within 30 days the deposit can be applied to a future booking.
