How we set up at a hotel ballroom
- High-rise hotels route vendors through a freight elevator; share the hotel's load-in instructions with us so we arrive at the right entrance.
- For a prom, place the booth away from the DJ so the line does not merge with the dance floor, and expect it to be busy all night.
- Ask the banquet team for a dedicated outlet near the booth; ballroom lighting dimmers sometimes share circuits.
- Hotels near the studios often host multiple events at once; a clear sign on the booth with your event name keeps guests from wandering into the wrong room.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance to the hotel?
Yes. We are insured and send the certificate to the hotel's events office on request.
Is Universal City within your free travel radius?
Yes. It is only a few miles from our Burbank base, so there is no travel fee.
How much space does the photo booth need?
The Beverly Booth needs at least 8 x 8 feet and the Selfie Booth about 6 x 6 feet, plus room for guests to line up and look at their photos.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least four to six weeks ahead, and earlier for weekends, holidays and wedding and quinceañera season.
Can I customize the photo strip?
Yes. Every booking includes a custom template with your names, date and colours, and we can add logos and themed designs.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit holds your date. Cancellations 30 or more days before the event receive a full refund; within 30 days the deposit can be applied to a future booking.
