Brandview Ballroom is an elegant event space on Brand Boulevard in Glendale, popular for weddings, engagements, galas and milestone birthdays. The room is dressy, and the Beverly Booth answers with DSLR portraits and studio lighting that flatter black tie and glam makeup alike.
We often suggest the black-and-white glam setting for ballroom events, printed on a strip designed around your monogram, date and palette. The arched telephone audio guestbook sits beautifully at the entrance of a formal room, collecting voice messages while guests arrive.
Glendale is next door to our Burbank base, so there is no travel charge. We coordinate arrival with the ballroom's event staff, set up discreetly before doors, and our attendant runs the booth through the reception.

How we set up at a ballroom

- Confirm whether the venue requires vendors to finish load-in before guests arrive; we typically need about an hour.
- Choose a backdrop that matches the room, such as Champagne or Brillo, so the booth feels like part of the decor rather than an add-on.
- If the ballroom has a stage or riser, keep the booth off it; floor level makes the line easier for guests in heels.

Do you offer black-and-white glam prints for a ballroom wedding?
Yes. The Beverly Booth shoots in black-and-white glam or full colour, and you can choose one or let guests pick.
Can the strip carry a monogram?
Yes. Send us your monogram or stationery and we design the template around it for your approval.
Is Glendale inside your free travel area?
Yes. Brandview Ballroom is a short drive from Burbank, so there is no travel fee.
How much space does the photo booth need?
The Beverly Booth needs at least 8 x 8 feet and the Selfie Booth about 6 x 6 feet, plus room for guests to line up and look at their photos.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least four to six weeks ahead, and earlier for weekends, holidays and wedding and quinceañera season.
Can I customize the photo strip?
Yes. Every booking includes a custom template with your names, date and colours, and we can add logos and themed designs.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit holds your date. Cancellations 30 or more days before the event receive a full refund; within 30 days the deposit can be applied to a future booking.
