How we set up at a garden banquet hall
- Garden ceremonies move indoors for the reception; we set up in the banquet room so the booth is ready the moment guests sit down.
- With 150 or more guests, give the booth a corner with room for a line of eight to ten people so it never spills onto the dance floor.
- Ask the hall which outlets are on a dedicated circuit; sharing one with the DJ's amplifiers can trip breakers mid-party.
- Schedule the booth to open after the grand entrance and toasts, when guests are up and mingling, rather than during the plated dinner.
- If you want garden portraits, book the Beverly Booth for daylight hours; our lights balance the shade under the trees.

Yes. We position the camera for groups of a dozen or more, and the full court appears in the frame.
Do you set up in the gardens or the hall?
Either. Most families choose the hall for the reception, but we can set up in the garden with shade and a nearby outlet.
Can you brand a strip for a school prom at Pickwick?
Yes. We design the template with the school name, colours and prom theme, and the school approves it in advance.
How much space does the photo booth need?
The Beverly Booth needs at least 8 x 8 feet and the Selfie Booth about 6 x 6 feet, plus room for guests to line up and look at their photos.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least four to six weeks ahead, and earlier for weekends, holidays and wedding and quinceañera season.
Can I customize the photo strip?
Yes. Every booking includes a custom template with your names, date and colours, and we can add logos and themed designs.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit holds your date. Cancellations 30 or more days before the event receive a full refund; within 30 days the deposit can be applied to a future booking.
