How we set up at a hotel ballroom
- Hotel ballrooms usually route vendors through a loading dock and service elevator; share your event manager's load-in window with us so we book the right arrival time.
- Ballroom carpet and dimmable lighting are a photo booth's best friend; we bring our own studio lights so the room can stay moody for dinner.
- Ask the hotel to leave a floor outlet or a wall drop near the booth corner; extension cords across a ballroom entrance are a tripping hazard we prefer to avoid.
- Place the booth in the pre-function foyer for a conference so attendees use it during breaks, or inside the ballroom near the bar for a wedding.
- For a multi-day conference, ask us about the Brand Activation package and a second template so each day's strip reads differently.

A 50% deposit holds your date. Cancellations 30 or more days before the event receive a full refund; within 30 days the deposit can be applied to a future booking.
